Viewing Nature in Chinese Art: A Special Exhibit of Select Artifacts to Celebrate the 2016 Tang Prize

Date: 9/22 to 9/28

Venue: National Palace Museum

The Tang Prize brings Eastern thought, value, and spirit to the fore of the world stage. This can be seen in our reception locale—Taiwan’s National Palace Museum, which was chosen for its architectural beauty and cultural value. Within this characteristic building, full of the symbols and tones of Eastern culture, guests will feel the elegance of Chinese civilization and the depth of its history, and seem as if they are in another time, another place.

In addition to the reception, the National Palace Museum will hold the “Viewing Nature in Chinese Art” exhibition, which will present to our guests cultural artifacts which represent the spirit of the prize in Sustainable Development.
