Have you been keeping abreast of the latest news? If so, then you must know that the 2022 Tang Prize winners in its four categories were finally announced. They are: Prof. Jeffrey Sachs in Sustainable Development; Profs. Katalin Kariko, Drew Weissman, and Pieter Cullis in Biopharmaceutical Science; Prof. Jessica Rawson in Sinology; and Prof. Cheryl Saunders in Rule of Law.
All the laureates are giants in their own fields, prominent figures with outstanding achievements. For the facts that they have all encountered and managed to surmount great difficulties, made epochal contributions to the world, and provided us with guidance as to how we can overcome formidable obstacles and continue pursuing our goals, the newly crowned laureates are worthy of our deepest admiration.
