The purpose of this project is to strengthen corporate legal accountability by continuing to support advocates engaged in strategic litigation, including Indigenous Peoples and human rights defenders, and create opportunities for exchange between legal practitioners to support accountability and those impacted by corporate harm. BHRRC will also continue to track legislative and regulatory advances, and enforcement of those changes, that prevent and provide redress for violations of human rights.

This project will investigate the dynamics of the complex relationship between national constitutions and international law in current global conditions.
